What Time is Check In?

You can check in to your property starting at 3pm.  Please coordinate with your property manager, as they will be meeting you there to check you in, and to give you a brief tour of the home.


Do you offer Early Arrival?

At the Savannah Company, we do offer early arrival options on a case by case basis.  Based on housekeeping and maintenance’s ability to get the property ready with enough time.


Are linens provided at my vacation home?

Your home comes with bed and bath linens for all of our registered guests. We do ask that you bring beach towels, though.  We do not allow our bath towels to be used at the beach.


What’s the address to our vacation rental?

Addresses are provided once you sign the agreement and make your down payment to confirm a reservation.  The rental agreement will list this information. We also send this info to you as part of your check in E-Mail. You may also contact our office for this information.


How do I make a reservation?

Our team is available to answer any of your questions to help you reserve the right property for your vacation.  Our number is along the top of the webpage. You can also reserve online.  We look forward to speaking with you.


What is Travel Insurance?

The Savannah Company is working with CSA to offer Vacation Rental Insurance with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation and force you to incur unplanned expenses. What is Keyless entry?

The Savannah Company offers keyless entry into our homes by using a code combination entry lock system.  This means you can proceed directly to your vacation rental and not deal with keys. The codes are generated specifically for the guest for the particular home and days of vacation.  It will activate at 3pm on day of checkin and will expire at 11am on the day of check out.


What if I leave an item behind in the vacation home?

We will be happy to mail this item back to you, at the cost of the postage. We can handle payment over the phone with a credit card.  The Savannah Company will not be responsible for any items left in a home. We will attempt to locate items reported as left behind and, if found, it will be mailed to you. Items that are found but not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
